Overwatch competitive mode ranked play is getting a patch ASAP to fix problems with the leavers penalty which is currently not working as intended on PC.

We have seen a variety of Overwatch problems with match making not reconnecting people to their match without awarding leaver penalty or closing the entire match incorrectly.
