Google’s FREAK Attack, Android Security Fail Again. With yet another major security attack impacting smart devices really is it now time to ask is Google doing enough to provide security updates in a timely fashion?

As I have said before, this problem is only going to get worse and Google saying they have pushed an update to ASOP is simply not good enough when they control such a huge chunk of the market. To say we now have 1 billion unsecured devices is a bit of an understatement and once again we are all at the mercy of OEM’s and Carriers to keep us safe.

That should be Google’s first priority not its last!
