Galaxy S3 4.2.2 sneak peak Lock Screen Widgets and new Settings area
Galaxy S3 4.2.2 is in the wild, the team over at SamMobile have snagged the very latest Galaxy S3 firmware and this one bring many S4 features to the S3 including Lock Screen widgets and an all new settings area.
It’s great to see the Galaxy S3 get 4.2.2 we have been waiting what feels like a lifetime to see some sign of it.
We can expect the Note 2 to also get these features in due course as well.
It’s interesting to see the gap close a bit between the S3 and S4.

Just got an update the other day on my T-Mobile GS3 bringing me to 4.1.2. The 4.1.2 version gave me a few of the Note features like the Side by Side app view plus a few other goodies. Looking forward to seeing if/when T-Mobile releases the 4.2.2 version.
