MAJOR GAME FIXES
Automatically reconstructed corrupted save files which prevented loading to go further than 90%. Some collectibles may remain unrecoverable.
Fixed the issue preventing players from using hacks in game.

GAMEPLAY FIXES
Fixed several mission-breaking bugs.
Fixed minor mission and item-related issues.
Fixed the issue that caused the empty weapon-wheel.

MULTIPLAYER FIXES
Fixed several minor respawn issues.
Fixed some connection and session joining issues.

PC SPECIFIC FIXES
Fixed graphical glitches on Low & Medium settings.
Fixed some crashes on SLI configurations.
Implemented several performance improvements.
Implemented a few control improvements.
Fixed issues causing infinite messaging and timing-out when trying to access the Online Shop from the Extras Menu while Uplay is set to Offline mode.
Fixed issues connecting to a Multiplayer game.
Implemented several mouse modifications.
Fixed “Drinking Game” control issue where wrong information was displayed when played with a gamepad.
Fixed “Chess Game” control issue.
Fixed bug where the invasion setting was never saved.
Fixed graphical issues during cut scenes and cinematics.
Fixed several graphical and texture bugs.
Removed Vista OS check to prevent false positives.
Added game version in main menu. ****

Overall the Amazon Fire has a nice look to it, packed with interesting features but how many of those will be of use to most smartphone owners remains to be seen.

The Amazon Fire is certainly well designed, packing in features like OIS for the camera and a dual stereo speaker setup perfect for music and movies. ****

It’s insane that Watch Dogs PC was launched in such a poor state when all the options to make the game run beautifully on PC and fix performance issues is right there on the disc.

Watch Dogs isn’t the best of games anyway and to then have a poor PC performance and sub standard graphics compared to what we were promised puts a big hole in this new AAA franchise.

We expect much better from the developers for Watch Dogs 2.

As concepts go it’s a good one, to add more length to the PS4 handles bringing them closer to the Xbox style, ideal for those with big hands. Sadly however this product adds too much weight to the controller and looks ugly while doing so.

If PlayBudz is refined to improve the weight and design I could see this product being a smash hit on par with the extended triggers add-on popular with the PS3. ****

To those that argued Xbox One 1080p was a meaninglessness number I say – What on earth are you talking about?

It’s as critical to next-gen gaming as you can get and now even Microsoft’s devs agree. If it ain’t 1080p it’s not next-gen.

This also begs the question what on earth did Microsoft think they were playing at, launching a hobble console in the first place when they should have given devs the choice at launch, Kinect or 1080p. Given the general low requirements of a Kinect game it would have been been acceptable to Xbox One devs to lower the resolution if needed to make use of Kinect. Instead Microsoft hobbled all games – even those that made little or no use of Kinect at all. ****
