Nexus 5 Camera Fixed Android 4.4.2 – Androidizen

Nexus 5 Camera Fixed with Android 4.4.2. If you, like me, were disappointed by the Nexus 5 camera then you will be pleased to know Android 4.4.2 fixes all the issues.

Included in this video is a demonstration of the Android 4.4.2 camera app auto focus speed, HDR+ and the video camera. Also included are before and after shots including full crop so you can see the detail in the images.

All in all, the Android 4.4.2 update to the Nexus 5 makes a massive difference and puts the Nexus 5 camera where it rightly belongs – at the top of the pile alongside the HTC One and Galaxy S4.

Assassin’s Creed Pirates. It’s time to sail the high seas with our review of Assassin’s Creed Pirates on Android.

A great fun title that avoids the cash-in and delivers an excellent mobile gaming experience. Assassin’s Creed Pirates shows the right way to represent an AAA title on a mobile device.

The graphics of Assassin’s Creed Pirates are some of the best we have ever seen with the water and lighting being of stand out mention.

Gameplay in Assassin’s Creed Pirates is a clever mixture of mini games and quick time dodge and attack events in a similar vein to Death Dome but with ships.

Here is our full review of the Xbox One from Microsoft. In this review we will go deep on the Xbox One’s Hardware, Software and Games, looking into every area of the system and giving you a complete run through.

Included in this Xbox One review is a look at the Hardware features of the console, Kinect and Controller.

A look at the Xbox One tiles and settings as well as the key features that make up the Xbox One software offering like Game DVR and Voice Commands.

On the games side of things we take a look at Fifa 14, BF4, Forza 5 and Killer Instinct on the Xbox One.

All in all we were impressed with the Xbox One, and while it has a few rough edges and missing features at launch, the over all Hardware, Software and Games of the Xbox One left us impressed, though it would be good to lose the Kinect and make the console cheaper at retail. The price is a major block to adoption when compared to the PS4 at launch. ****

Nexus 5 One Month On – Androidizen

Nexus 5 One Month On. Many of you requested to know how our Nexus 5 is getting on after a month. The Nexus 5 has been something of a mixed bag, wonderful hardware let down by buggy software.

After a month on the market we would really have expected Google to have released an update to deal with the camera problems, battery life issues due to Keep Awake and at least had a go at fixing the Nexus 5 audio bugs many have reported.

Killer Instinct Review Xbox One . Here we are with Killer Instinct on Xbox One. In this review we take a look at what Microsoft means when it says free2play and don’t come away all that impressed.

Killer Instinct is a fine beat-em-up but you only get one character for free and the rest will cost you £15.99 which is a real shame.

Top quality graphics and fast combo ridden gameplay make this an essential beat-em-up for your Xbox One. It’s just a shame a more traditional free2play model wasn’t adopted by Microsoft for Killer Instinct.
